It has been a productive Monday in the greenhouse. Between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM, the environment transitioned from a cool morning to a warm afternoon, with temperatures climbing steadily from 20.64°C to a peak of 25.37°C. This shift has provided a comfortable, active growing climate for our herb varieties.

As the sun rose, light levels reached a maximum of 2300 lux, while humidity settled at 43% from a morning high of 64.5%. Despite the drier air, our plants remain perfectly hydrated. Soil moisture sensors for the basil, chilli, and oregano have consistently reported 100% saturation throughout the day.

Our latest snapshot shows the basil in the foreground with its characteristic glossy, rounded leaves. While the foliage is generally vibrant, we have noted a few pale patches and a single brown, dried tip near the center. These minor variations are a natural part of the plant’s daily cycle as it navigates fluctuations in light and heat.

In the background, the chilli plant is showing exciting progress with a single, bright orange pepper hanging among the leaves. Both the chilli and oregano have maintained a steady temperature of around 20°C, staying slightly cooler than the ambient air to ensure they remain resilient during the brightest part of the day.
