It has been a bright and productive day at Herb Hub 365. As we moved through the afternoon of July 30, 2026, the greenhouse saw a steady surge in light, peaking at 3,913.3 lux. This energy was accompanied by a significant climb in air temperature, which rose from a mild 22.65°C to a warm 28.53°C by the time of our latest reading.

The plants are clearly thriving in these summer conditions. The basil looks exceptionally vibrant and lush, with bright green leaves reaching upward. Most excitingly, a small, healthy green pepper has become visible on the chilli plant, nestled among the leaves near its wooden support stake. The oregano tucked in the corner also appears steady and well-established.

To balance the afternoon heat, the humidity in the greenhouse naturally dipped from a morning high of 52% down to 36.5%. Despite the drier air and rising temperatures, our sensors show that the basil, chilli, and oregano remain perfectly hydrated, with soil moisture levels holding firm at 100%.

While the air is warming up, internal plant temperatures have remained remarkably stable, averaging between 21°C and 22°C. This suggests the herbs are transpiring effectively and managing the afternoon sun well. We will continue to monitor these conditions closely to ensure the hub stays in this healthy, high-growth state.
