The greenhouse saw plenty of activity today as temperatures climbed steadily throughout the afternoon. Our sensors recorded an air temperature peak of nearly 29°C, though conditions have begun to cool down to a comfortable 23.68°C this evening. Humidity levels followed a downward trend as the day progressed, starting at a humid 51.2% and settling at a much drier 34.5% by the final reading.

Light levels were excellent for growth today, reaching a bright maximum of 3,913 lux. This abundance of light is clearly reflected in the health of the plants. Despite the afternoon warmth, the soil moisture for the basil, chilli, and oregano has remained perfectly stable at 100%, ensuring the herbs stayed well-hydrated during the brightest hours.

Visually, the greenhouse is looking very vibrant. The basil is showing great vigor with its lush, bright green leaves reaching upward. On the chilli plant, a small, firm green pepper is clearly visible hanging from a branch near a wooden support stake. The overall leaf condition across the visible plants appears healthy and strong, with no signs of wilting despite the earlier heat.

As we move into the evening, the environment remains stable. The internal plant temperatures for the basil and chilli are hovering around 22°C to 23°C, suggesting a very consistent climate for our herbs to rest after a high-energy day of photosynthesis.
