Greenhouse Update: A Steady Morning for Our Herbs

The morning at Herb Hub 365 began with a gentle rise in the greenhouse atmosphere. As the sun peeked through, the ambient temperature climbed steadily from 20.3°C to a comfortable 22.1°C by mid-morning.
Light levels started low but increased noticeably as the day progressed. By 08:30, the intensity had reached 348 lux, providing a soft but growing illumination for our growing space. Humidity remained relatively stable, dipping slightly as the air warmed up, which is a natural and expected shift.
Our soil moisture sensors reported consistent hydration across the board. Basil held onto a healthy moisture level, while oregano sat comfortably at its reading. The chilli plants were the most active drinkers of the morning, gently draining down as they grew. There were no signs of stress or dryness, and the water reservoir levels remained stable with no need for immediate intervention.
Overall, the environment stayed calm and controlled throughout the early morning hours. With atmospheric pressure holding steady and no alarms triggered, the greenhouse is well on its way to a productive day. We will continue to monitor the conditions as the afternoon approaches.
