Sunday Warmth at Herb Hub 365

It was a bright, warm Sunday in the greenhouse on August 30th. Internal temperatures reached a peak of 30.17°C, eventually settling into a comfortable average of 27.46°C. Humidity remained relatively low, hovering between 39% and 53%, which provided a dry, airy environment for the herbs to thrive.
The latest growth looks exceptionally vigorous. The basil leaves are a vibrant green and well-hydrated, while the chilli plants are showing off pops of orange as the fruit continues to ripen. Light levels reached a maximum of 3544.2 lux earlier in the day, though they have begun to taper off as the afternoon sun fades.
Our soil sensors indicate that the basil, chilli, and oregano are all sitting at 100% moisture. This ensures the plants have plenty of resources to handle the afternoon heat. While we don’t have specific data for the water reservoir levels today, the consistent soil moisture suggests the irrigation system is working perfectly.
Individual plant temperatures have remained stable and slightly cooler than the surrounding air, with the basil and oregano averaging around 24°C. Everything in the greenhouse appears healthy and balanced as we head into the evening hours. Stay tuned to herbhub365.com for more updates.
