It has been a warm and active day here at Herb Hub 365. Our sensors recorded a steady climb in temperature, rising from a comfortable 23.99°C this morning to a peak of 28.15°C by midday. As the heat increased, humidity followed an inverse trend, dipping from a high of 42.4% to a much drier 33.7%.

The chilli plant is currently the standout of the greenhouse. A bright orange pepper is ripening beautifully among the deep green leaves, while a smaller green pepper is developing higher up the stem. Curiously, the soil moisture sensor for the chilli reported a sharp decline to 0%. Given the plant’s healthy, upright posture, we are investigating whether this is a sensor calibration issue or a genuine need for immediate irrigation.

Meanwhile, the basil and oregano continue to thrive with consistent moisture levels. The basil remains lush and full at 70.27% hydration, while the oregano sits comfortably at 73.75%. Even with ambient light peaking at a relatively low 26.7 lux, the overall vigor of the greenery suggests the herbs are handling the current conditions well.
