Today’s update captures a period of vibrant growth within the greenhouse. Our latest images show a dense canopy of foliage, with the basil taking center stage. Its broad, lush leaves fill the frame in a beautiful spectrum of greens, ranging from deep emerald to bright lime.

Overall visual health remains excellent. Alongside the thriving basil, the chilli plant is making steady progress, climbing its wooden support stake with vigor. Despite the indoor setting, the herbs show no signs of distress or wilting, appearing strong and healthy in the midday light.

Soil moisture readings provided some curious data points today. While the basil, chilli, and oregano all began the morning at 100% moisture, we saw significant fluctuations by the afternoon. The chilli maintained a healthy average of 92.81%, but the basil and oregano sensors dropped to 0%. Given the plants’ lush appearance, this is likely a reporting anomaly rather than a lack of water.

Other environmental metrics, such as temperature and humidity, were not recorded during this window, and the water reservoir status remains unavailable. We are currently monitoring these systems to restore full data coverage. In the meantime, the flourishing greenery is a clear sign that conditions remain favorable for our collection.
