Monday Morning Growth at Herb Hub 365

The greenhouse enjoyed a productive start to the week on July 20, 2026. Between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM, we watched the environment wake up as ambient temperatures rose from a cool 17.6°C to a comfortable 22.2°C. Morning light intensified steadily, reaching 729.2 lux, while humidity naturally dipped from 45.7% to 37.1% by mid-morning.
Our plants are showing excellent vigor in these conditions. The basil on the left is particularly vibrant, its broad green leaves reaching upward with health. In the center, a small green chilli has successfully formed and is now supported by a wooden stake, marking an exciting stage in its development. To the right, the oregano continues to fill out with dense, deep green clusters of foliage.
Soil moisture levels remain remarkably stable, ensuring the herbs stay hydrated as the morning heat builds. The basil container is currently registering at 100% moisture, while the chilli and oregano sit comfortably at 75% and 76% respectively. These consistent levels suggest our irrigation timing is perfectly matched to the specific needs of each plant.
Overall, the greenhouse is in a very healthy state. With steady atmospheric pressure at 1023 hPa and plant-specific sensors warming gradually—reaching 17.8°C for the oregano—the environment is well-balanced for the day ahead. We will continue to monitor these trends as we transition into the warmer afternoon hours.
