Morning Progress at Herb Hub 365

The greenhouse enjoyed a productive start on July 8th, with early morning data showing a stable environment for our herbs. Temperatures climbed gently from 23.26°C to a comfortable 24.08°C by mid-morning. As the sun rose, light levels more than doubled to a peak of 439.2 lux, providing the plants with a healthy energy boost to start their day.
Humidity levels shifted noticeably as the morning progressed, starting at a moist 52.6% and drying to 40% by 8:30 AM. This drop coincided naturally with the rising light and temperature, creating a dynamic growing environment. Meanwhile, atmospheric pressure remained remarkably consistent, holding steady at 1015 hPa throughout the observation period.
Our soil sensors show that the basil remains fully saturated at 100% moisture, resulting in exceptionally lush and glossy green leaves. The chilli and oregano are also well-hydrated, though they showed slight moisture decreases as they began their daily growth cycles. The chilli plant ended the morning at 86.2% moisture, while the oregano settled at 60.03%.
Visually, the greenhouse is vibrant and thriving. The basil in the foreground is dense and vigorous, while a prominent green pepper has developed on the staked chilli plant. Although the chilli leaves appear a slightly lighter, more yellowish-green than the basil, the overall health of the garden remains strong as we move further into the summer.
