It has been a bright, steady Saturday in the greenhouse. Temperatures climbed comfortably from a morning low of 22.5°C to a peak of 25.2°C, while light levels rose consistently to over 400 lux by midday. Humidity has remained stable around 50%, keeping the air balanced and pleasant for our mid-summer growth.

The plants are showing wonderful vigor in the afternoon sun. The basil is particularly lush, displaying deep green, glossy leaves, while the staked chilli plant in the center is making great progress with a firm, green fruit maturing well. Tucked in the background, the oregano is also filling out nicely with its characteristic dense foliage.

Our sensors show the basil is perfectly hydrated at 100% soil moisture, while the chilli and oregano are maintaining healthy levels at 84% and 88% respectively. Even as the afternoon warmth set in, these levels dipped only slightly, proving the plants are well-sustained against the heat.

Everything looks stable and productive as we head toward the evening. With steady atmospheric pressure and consistent environmental conditions, the herbs are in an ideal position to keep thriving. We look forward to watching that chilli ripen further in the coming days.
