It has been a dynamic day here at Herb Hub 365. We saw a significant temperature swing in the greenhouse, starting from a very crisp low of -0.16°C and climbing to a warm peak of 26.72°C. By late afternoon, the environment settled into a comfortable average of 23.48°C, providing a steady growing climate for our herbs as the sun began to dip.

Light levels reached a maximum of 477.5 lux today, while the humidity levels gradually decreased as the air warmed. We started the morning with humidity at 52.2%, which eventually dropped to a low of 35% before settling at 38.6% by the final reading. The atmospheric pressure remained stable throughout the day, hovering between 1014 and 1018 hPa.

Our basil continues to stay well-hydrated with a consistent soil moisture level of 100%. Meanwhile, the chilli and oregano have seen their moisture levels taper off slightly during the afternoon. The chilli moisture ended the period at 75.66%, and the oregano reached 50.86%, down from its morning high of 60.41%.

Individual plant temperatures have remained remarkably consistent despite the external shifts. The basil and oregano both stayed within the 18°C to 24°C range, while the chilli was just a fraction cooler. Interestingly, the water temperature in the system reached a peak of 30.31°C, though it averaged a more moderate 24.74°C throughout the observation window.
