It has been a warm and active morning at Herb Hub 365. Since our first readings at 06:00 UTC, the greenhouse temperature has climbed steadily from 24.37°C to a midday peak of 27.8°C. As the air warmed, humidity levels naturally tapered off, shifting from 55.3% to a comfortable 48.2% by early afternoon.

Light levels remained soft throughout the morning, averaging 15.84 lux with a gentle peak of 30.8 lux. This consistent, mild brightness has been easy on the foliage while gradually warming our water supply to a high of 26.88°C. The steady environment is providing an ideal balance for growth without the stress of intense direct sun.

Our herbs are showing varied levels of thirst today. While the Basil remains fully hydrated at 100% soil moisture, the Chilli plants have been particularly active, with moisture levels dropping from saturation down to 76.99%. The Oregano is also showing steady water usage, ending the period at 61.99% moisture after starting the morning at 68.54%.

Despite the rising ambient heat, the plants are maintaining healthy internal temperatures, with the Oregano currently the warmest of the group at 25.5°C. We will continue to monitor the Chilli and Oregano as they dry out during the heat of the day. For more live updates, stay tuned to herbhub365.com.
