It has been a bright and productive day at Herb Hub 365. Our sensors recorded a significant warm-up as ambient temperatures climbed from a morning low of 21.73°C to a peak of 31.73°C. Sunlight was particularly strong earlier in the day, reaching 5325 lux before tapering off to a soft 141.7 lux as the afternoon progressed.

The basil is thriving with a consistent soil moisture level of 100%, showing no signs of stress despite the heat. Our chili plants also remain healthy; their soil moisture dipped only slightly from an early high of 83.76% to approximately 79.86%. Inside the plant beds, temperatures stayed comfortably cool compared to the air, averaging a steady 24°C.

The oregano has been the most active water consumer today. We observed a notable drop in soil moisture, which fell from a morning high of 71.98% to 49.39% by late afternoon. This shift is something we are monitoring closely to ensure the soil remains within a healthy range as we head into the evening.

Overall, the greenhouse environment remains steady with an average humidity of 47.74%. While atmospheric pressure saw a minor decrease from 1012 to 1009 hPa, conditions remain excellent for our mid-June growth cycle. It is a peaceful afternoon at the hub, and we are pleased with the steady progress of our herb collection.
