June 16th: A Bright Afternoon in the Greenhouse

It has been a warm and productive Tuesday at Herb Hub 365. Sensors recorded a steady temperature climb from a morning low of 21.05°C to a peak of 27.79°C. Strong light levels reached 1184.2 lux, providing the herbs with ample energy during the brightest hours of the day.
Humidity shifted from a damp 51.4% at dawn to a drier afternoon average of 45.56%. Throughout these changes, atmospheric pressure remained remarkably stable at 1009 hPa, maintaining a consistent and predictable environment for the current crop.
Soil moisture levels vary across the beds. While the basil remains fully saturated at 100% and the chillies hold steady at 79.53%, the oregano saw a notable dip from 63.32% down to 45%. We are monitoring the oregano closely to ensure it stays hydrated as the soil continues to dry.
Interestingly, the plants stayed several degrees cooler than the surrounding air. The basil and oregano peaked at roughly 23.8°C and 23.9°C respectively, while the chilli reached 23.5°C. It has been a stable, sunny day, and all systems are performing exactly as expected.
