Sunday in the greenhouse began with a crisp 16.27°C at dawn, warming steadily to a peak of 25.78°C. Light levels followed a similar upward curve, climbing from a dim 49.2 lux to a midday high of 636.7 lux. This surge of solar energy provided a perfect boost for our herbs before the light softened to a mellow 121.7 lux by early evening.

Our botanical residents thrived in the warmth. Both the basil and oregano reached comfortable highs of 23°C, while the chilli plants stayed just behind at 22.31°C. The reservoir water mirrored this trend, rising from 16.5°C to a gentle 23.19°C by late afternoon, ensuring the root systems remained in a stable, temperate environment throughout the day.

Soil moisture levels revealed a busy day for our thirstiest plants. While the basil remained fully saturated at 100% and the chillies held steady at an average of 81%, the oregano was far more active. Its moisture levels dipped from 47.27% in the morning to 38.6% by sunset, marking it as the most demanding member of the hub today.

Humidity shifted as the greenhouse air warmed, starting at a damp 56.4% and drying out to a low of 35.4% before settling at 42.9%. With air pressure holding steady near 1016 hPa, it has been an exceptionally stable and productive Sunday for the entire Herb Hub 365 community.
