Midday Greenhouse Observations
Our greenhouse recorded a steady warming trend today, with the ambient temperature peaking at 27.44°C this afternoon. Light levels were robust around midday, reaching a maximum of 1490.8 lux, which provided ample energy for our herbs. As the day progressed, light naturally decreased, falling to 377.5 lux, and humidity dropped to its lowest point of 40.5% by the final reading.
The soil moisture levels remained excellent across the board. Basil maintained very high moisture, peaking at 93.34%, while Chilli and Oregano also showed consistently healthy readings. Oregano finished the day with a solid 82.56% moisture content, indicating optimal hydration.
Individual herb temperatures tracked well throughout the day, suggesting stable conditions. Basil’s temperature ranged nicely from a low of 18.63°C in the morning to a peak of 24.19°C. Chilli and Oregano followed similar patterns, confirming that the warmth remained appropriate for their current growth cycles.
Since the water reservoir data was unavailable for this check-in, we are closely monitoring the general environmental metrics. We will continue to ensure everything remains balanced until our next observation. Happy growing!
