The afternoon readings from the greenhouse showed a lovely progression as the day warmed. The average temperature climbed steadily, peaking at 25.15°C by the end of the monitoring period. Ambient humidity remained fairly consistent, dipping slightly from a high of 39.5% down to 34.4%.

Light levels were quite active throughout the afternoon, building from a low of 225 lux to a strong maximum of 1088.3 lux. This indicates plenty of natural energy for our herbs. Air pressure remained stable, hovering between 1020 hPa and 1022 hPa.

For our specific herbs, temperatures were all climbing nicely. Basil reached its highest point at 22°C, and Oregano peaked at 21.875°C. Soil moisture levels also showed a gradual trend; Basil’s moisture content saw a slight dip, ending at 83.99%, while Chilli and Oregano stayed within the 68-73% range.

Overall, the environment seems perfectly balanced and supportive of steady growth. These consistent readings suggest the plants are adapting very well to the daytime cycle. We will continue to monitor these trends to ensure everything remains optimal for the coming days!
