The afternoon sun brought a noticeable shift to our greenhouse conditions today. By the time we wrapped up observations at 12:30 PM, the ambient temperature had climbed steadily to 26.39°C, while the basil plants reached their peak at 23.69°C. While the heat was welcome, the air inside the greenhouse became quite dry, with humidity levels dropping from a comfortable 40.7% in the morning to a low of 32.5% by midday.

Our soil moisture sensors reported a quiet day with no urgent watering needs. The chilli plants remained well-hydrated at 75% moisture, while the oregano held steady near 48%. The basil showed a slight downward trend, dipping from 37% to 34.7% as the day warmed up, a natural response to the rising temperatures.

Light levels followed the expected path of a sunny spring day, peaking at 1216 lux before evening. Despite the dry air and warming trends, all plant temperatures remained within a healthy range. There were no system warnings or pressure anomalies detected, so the day ended with the greenery thriving under the bright sky.
