As the sun climbed higher, light levels climbed from a dim 71.7 lux at the start of the morning to a bright 707.5 lux by 8:00 AM. While the environmental temperature dipped slightly to 22.51°C by the final reading, the individual plant temperatures tracked closely with the ambient air, settling around 21.7°C for the chilli and oregano, while the basil remained just a fraction warmer at 21.7°C.

Soil moisture remained stable throughout the morning, with no signs of rapid drainage or need for immediate irrigation. The basil held a consistent moisture level around 60%, while the chilli sat comfortably in the low 50s and oregano hovered near 57%.
