Our morning at Herb Hub 365 kicked off with a gentle rise in activity, capturing our first sensor readings just after 6:00 AM. The day began with a comfortable ambient temperature of 23.12°C and humidity levels holding steady at 41.3%. Inside the growing beds, the basil and oregano plants were slightly warmer than the chilli, with basil starting at 22.13°C and oregano matching that warmth before the air cooled slightly by the end of the monitoring period.

As the sun climbed higher, light levels climbed from a dim 71.7 lux at the start of the morning to a bright 707.5 lux by 8:00 AM. While the environmental temperature dipped slightly to 22.51°C by the final reading, the individual plant temperatures tracked closely with the ambient air, settling around 21.7°C for the chilli and oregano, while the basil remained just a fraction warmer at 21.7°C.

Soil moisture remained stable throughout the morning, with no signs of rapid drainage or need for immediate irrigation. The basil held a consistent moisture level around 60%, while the chilli sat comfortably in the low 50s and oregano hovered near 57%. The water reservoir was empty for the day, but the plants appear to be managing well with their existing moisture reserves.

Pressure readings hovered around 1011 hPa, indicating stable weather conditions outside. By the time our final snapshot was taken at 8:30 AM, humidity had gently dropped to 37.5% as the greenhouse warmed up. Everything looks healthy and balanced, setting a perfect pace for the rest of the day.
