The afternoon sun has fully claimed our greenhouse today at Herb Hub 365. Our sensors captured a lively morning, with light levels climbing from just over 64 lux in the early hours to a bright peak of nearly 935 lux by midday before settling back down toward evening. The ambient temperature followed suit, warming steadily from a cool start around 21°C up to a comfortable high of roughly 25°C as the day progressed.

Inside our growing beds, things are holding steady and healthy. Basil remains delightfully lush with soil moisture hovering near saturation at over 84%, while chilli plants sit comfortably in their mid-40% range. Oregano is also doing well, maintaining a consistent hydration level around 45%. The water reservoir itself has warmed slightly alongside the room temperature, sitting just above 19°C by the end of our observation window.

It was quite breezy today as humidity dipped from over 40% down to roughly 37%, which is perfectly normal for this time of year and helps prevent fungal issues on these sun-loving herbs. There were no warnings or alerts triggered during this period, so everything remains in the green zone with plenty of room before we need to consider topping up the soil or adjusting any environmental settings.
