The day began with gentle warmth settling over Herb Hub 365, where temperatures hovered comfortably in the low twenties. By mid-morning, our basil was thriving at twenty-one degrees Celsius, while chilli and oregano followed suit just behind them. The water reservoir sat cool at eighteen point nine degrees, keeping things balanced as natural light levels climbed toward their peak of over nine hundred lux by early afternoon.

As the sun reached its height, humidity remained on the drier side for our indoor garden, averaging around thirty-six percent throughout the cycle. This dry spell was particularly noticeable in the chilli patch, which saw moisture readings dip before evening to end near fifty-four percent, while basil and oregano stayed comfortably hydrated above ninety percent and just over fifty percent respectively.

When light finally faded after sunset, the greenhouse cooled slightly but remained safe for all our plants. Basil finished its day with a slight rise in temperature compared to morning readings, while chilli and oregano mirrored that trend closely. By late evening, humidity had ticked up enough to feel more comfortable again, ending at thirty-eight point four percent as the lights dimmed completely outside.
