The day began with bright light levels peaking over 935 lux before fading as evening approached, though the air started slightly cooler than usual for this time of year. By late afternoon, temperatures settled into a comfortable range around 21.6°C after beginning near 24°C in the morning.

Conditions inside our pots remained remarkably stable throughout the day’s measurements. Basil soil stayed incredibly moist at over 90%, while chilli and oregano hovered comfortably between 50% and 58%. The water reservoir tracked closely with ambient air, finishing just under 19°C as night settled in.

Humidity levels were on the lower side today, ranging from roughly one-third saturation to about 38% by evening. While not ideal for every species, these figures represent typical fluctuations we expect without active humidification running. Pressure readings also showed a gentle rise during the day as the atmosphere stabilized.

Overall, it was another quiet and steady day for our herbs with soil moisture holding strong across all plants and temperatures remaining within safe bounds. We’ll keep monitoring to ensure humidity levels climb back up if they dip too low overnight.
