August 25 Afternoon Update

The greenhouse has enjoyed a steady climb in activity today. After a cool morning start at 19.18°C, the ambient temperature peaked at 25.83°C by midday. This warming trend coincided with a significant increase in light levels, which brightened from a dim 59.2 lux at dawn to a vibrant 445.8 lux as the sun reached its height.
Soil moisture levels saw a noteworthy shift early in the day following a 7:00 AM watering. The basil has settled at a healthy 73.87% moisture, while the oregano reached 57.71%. Meanwhile, the chilli plant remains consistently saturated, maintaining a full 100% moisture reading throughout the observation period.
Visually, the herb garden is lush and vibrant. The basil plants in the foreground display deep green leaves and a strong, upright growth habit. The chilli plant is making excellent progress; a firm green pepper is visible near the top, while a second pepper is beginning to show a bright orange hue as it ripens.
As the afternoon progresses, humidity has gradually decreased from a morning high of 57% to a drier 42.1%. This shift, combined with warm temperatures and steady light, has created a very active environment for the hub. Every plant currently appears vigorous, healthy, and well-tended.
