As the morning light transitioned from a dim dawn to a peak of 407.5 lux, our chilli plant stole the show. A bright orange pepper is prominently ripening near the center of the frame, with a smaller green fruit tucked away in the upper right. Nearby, the basil continues to thrive, displaying deep green, vibrant leaves with no signs of wilting.

Hydration remains a top priority during these peak summer weeks. Soil moisture levels are high, with the chilli at 100%, oregano at 90%, and basil at 75%. While specific reservoir data wasn’t recorded today, the sensors confirm that the irrigation system is keeping the growing medium perfectly damp and the plants well-fed.

Overall, the garden is showing great vigor. Internal temperatures for the basil, chilli, and oregano stayed within a tight range of 17°C to 18°C—just slightly cooler than the surrounding air.
