It has been a bright and active day here at Herb Hub 365. On July 23rd, the greenhouse experienced a significant temperature range, climbing from a morning low of 21.23°C to a peak of 31.91°C. Despite the afternoon heat, our environmental controls and hydration systems kept internal conditions stable, with humidity averaging a comfortable 43% throughout the day.

Light levels were particularly strong, reaching a maximum of 17,460 lux as the sun hit its stride. This abundance of energy is clearly reflected in the plants’ appearance; the basil is showing off lush, vibrant green leaves, and a healthy green chilli is developing near the top of its plant, supported by a sturdy wooden stake.

Our soil moisture sensors for the basil, chilli, and oregano remained consistent at 100% all day, ensuring the herbs never felt the stress of the rising temperatures. Plant-specific temperatures tracked lower than the ambient air, peaking around 25°C, which suggests the cooling effect of consistent hydration is working exactly as intended.

As we move into the evening, the light has dipped to a quiet 45.8 lux and the air temperature is settling back down to 25.98°C. It has been a productive window for growth, and the garden looks well-prepared for the night ahead. For more live updates and data, you can always visit us at www.herbhub365.com.
