Sunday in the Greenhouse

It was a dynamic day at Herb Hub 365, with temperatures peaking at a comfortable 26.25°C. Humidity shifted from a morning high of 52.2% to a drier 33.5% by early evening, maintaining a stable environment for the herbs to thrive.
Soil moisture sensors recorded significant activity throughout the day as the plants were tended to. Currently, the basil, chilli, and oregano are all sitting at 100% moisture, ensuring the root systems are well-saturated as we head into the evening hours.
The chilli plant is a clear standout, featuring a robust, deep green pepper hanging prominently near the center. While the fruit itself looks healthy, some of the larger leaves appear somewhat pale and yellowish compared to their neighbors. A wooden stake remains in place to provide necessary support for the plant’s main stem.
In contrast, the basil on the left is looking exceptionally vibrant with lush, bright green leaves and great overall vigour. Tucked between the larger plants, the oregano is also maintaining steady growth, with clusters of small, healthy green leaves.
Light levels peaked at 1615 lux earlier today before tapering off to a quiet 61.7 lux as the sun set. With the air cooling to 23.45°C, the greenhouse is settling into a peaceful state after a very active Sunday of growth.
