Afternoon Update at Herb Hub 365

The greenhouse experienced a steady shift today as temperatures climbed from a morning low of 21.4°C to a peak of 25.8°C. Humidity fluctuated throughout the day, dipping as low as 34.2% before settling at a comfortable 47.9% by late afternoon.
Sensor readings remained under 10 lux, casting the plants in deep evening tones. In the shadows, the broad silhouettes of the chilli plant stand out in the foreground, while the dense, rounded leaves of the basil cluster together against the familiar wooden textures of our indoor setting.
Soil moisture levels reveal the varying needs of each variety. The basil remains fully saturated at 100%, showing no signs of thirst. Meanwhile, the chilli plant has been steadily drinking, with moisture levels receding from a full 100% this morning to 85.6% by the final reading.
The most significant update involves the oregano. After spending much of the day quite dry at 32%, a watering event just before 17:30 UTC brought levels up to 93.9%. This timely refresh ensures the oregano is well-hydrated as we head into the next growth cycle.
