Saturday Greenhouse Update

It has been a warm, productive Saturday here at Herb Hub 365. On June 27, the greenhouse environment shifted significantly as the morning progressed. Air temperatures climbed from a cool 23.86°C at dawn to a peak of 28.34°C, while humidity dipped from 51.7% to a dry 38.3%. Light levels followed this upward trend, reaching a bright 19.2 lux before settling into the afternoon at a steady 16.7 lux.
Our herbs are thriving in the heat. The basil and oregano reached maximum temperatures of 26.13°C and 26.38°C, respectively, while the chilli plants maintained a comfortable average of 24.09°C. Even the system water warmed up, hitting a high of 27.19°C, ensuring the entire ecosystem remained active and engaged with the summer sun.
Soil moisture levels reflect the steady consumption of a busy afternoon. While the basil remains fully saturated at 100%, the chilli and oregano show the natural effects of transpiration. The chilli moisture dipped to 74.55%, and the oregano settled at 44.27%. These are healthy, expected ranges that indicate the plants are actively drinking as the greenhouse warms.
Everything looks healthy and on track as we head toward the evening hours. Atmospheric pressure saw a minor decrease to 1010 hPa, signaling stable conditions across the board. For live updates and more data from our growing environment, visit us at herbhub365.com.
