What a day of steady growth and changing conditions in the greenhouse! Our monitoring system captured data from early morning until mid-morning, giving us a great look at how the herbs are responding to the environment as the day progressed.

Ambient conditions saw a nice climb in temperature, peaking at 19.05°C by the final reading. Humidity dropped from a high of 52.1% down to 40.6%, and light levels steadily increased, reaching a maximum of 250 lux. These shifts suggest a beautiful, warming start to the day for all our plants.

The herbs themselves tracked nicely. Basil’s temperature rose to 16.31°C, and Oregano reached 16.06°C. The water temperature remained quite stable, hovering around the 15.7°C mark throughout the monitoring period.

Soil moisture levels showed a gentle decline across the board, which is normal as the day progresses. Oregano maintained the highest moisture reading, finishing at 61.86%. Chilli held steady around 54.36%, while Basil settled at 56.29%.

Overall, everything appears stable and within expected parameters. We will continue to monitor those moisture readings over the next few days as we observe the natural cycle of the greenhouse. Happy growing!
