Greenhouse Update: Daily Observations

Another day has passed here at the Herb Hub 365 greenhouse. Reviewing the data from April 25th reveals a day of steady environmental shifts as the sun moved across the sky.
Ambient conditions saw the temperature climb throughout the afternoon, peaking near 24.01°C before settling at 23.73°C by the end of the monitoring period. Humidity dipped slightly, dropping from a high of 39.5% down to 36.7%. Light levels followed a similar pattern, peaking in the morning and gradually decreasing to 122.5 lux in the evening.
The herbs themselves showed active readings. Basil’s temperature rose to a high of 22.25°C, while Chilli peaked at 23°C during the afternoon. The water reservoir temperature remained quite stable, moving from 19.06°C down to 18.56°C.
Soil moisture levels showed noticeable increases across the board. Basil ended the day at 78.74%, while Chilli finished at 71% and Oregano at 72.6%. These readings suggest the plants are actively absorbing moisture throughout the day.
Overall, the environment maintained a comfortable rhythm, and the soil moisture reflects a steady cycle of hydration. We will continue to monitor these trends closely as we move into the next cycle.
