What a dynamic day in the greenhouse! Our sensors captured a full cycle of conditions for our herbs, showing lovely shifts in light and temperature throughout the day. The overall average temperature hovered around a comfortable 20.45°C, peaking at 22.56°C by the afternoon.

Light levels provided a good range of energy for the plants, starting at a low of 278.3 lux and building up to a high of 963.3 lux. Humidity saw a noticeable dip, starting near 47.1% and settling down to 30.6% by the end of our readings.

Individual herbs showed steady temperature trends. Basil’s temperature ranged from 17.56°C up to 20.13°C, while the chilli plants maintained a steady warmth, peaking at 19.25°C. Soil moisture levels remained quite consistent across the board. Basil showed a slight decrease, moving from 63% down to 59.79%, and chilli and oregano also saw minor fluctuations, indicating healthy hydration throughout the day.

Overall, the environment appears stable and supportive for growth. We will continue to monitor those moisture readings as we head into the next cycle. Happy growing!
