Yesterday was a productive day observing our herbs. The overall greenhouse environment remained stable, with barometric pressure holding steady at 1021 hPa throughout the monitoring period.

As the day warmed, the ambient temperature rose gently, climbing from nearly 19.9°C to a peak of 22.6°C. Humidity levels saw minor fluctuations, ranging between 41.1% and 43.5%. Light intensity also increased steadily, starting at 198.3 lux and reaching a peak of 437.5 lux.

The herbs tracked well against these environmental changes. Basil maintained a comfortable temperature, peaking around 20.3°C, with Chilli and Oregano following similar, steady trends. The water reservoir temperature stayed quite consistent, hovering near 18.8°C.

Soil moisture levels indicate healthy hydration across the board. Basil’s moisture dipped slightly from 72.1% to 70.31%. Chilli remained robust, moving from 78.37% to 77.74%, and Oregano also showed a minor decrease, finishing at 75.58%.

These readings suggest everything is settling into a comfortable rhythm. We will continue monitoring these trends as we head into the next cycle!
